01 Introduction & Eligibility

H5bj (including bundles.h5bj.one and all associated domains and mobile applications) is an online gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the h5bj operating authority governing your use of the h5bj platform.

By registering on h5bj, logging into an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the h5bj platform.

02 Account Register

A valid account is required to access h5bj services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of h5bj's Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number, name, and date of birth provided at the time of account creation must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact h5bj support immediately.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may need to be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the h5bj platform. h5bj takes the protection of minors from gambling extremely seriously and enforces these rules strictly.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on h5bj.
• If h5bj services are prohibited by law in your area of residence, you are not permitted to use the platform.
• During registration, you may be asked to provide your National ID or passport details for age verification.
• H5bj may request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

• It is recommended that your deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• Transactions can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

06 Gaming Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

H5bj reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. However, h5bj will not close a legitimate player's account without just cause.

• In the event of a terms violation, your account may be suspended without prior notice.
• You can also close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
• Re-registration after account closure is subject to the discretion of h5bj management.
